Initial Design through to Planning

Every project is different and I tailor my service to meet your requirements. From an initial meeting, I will take you through the steps necessary to move your ideas forward. Sketch drawings will explore ideas with you and advice will be given as to the need for any Planning requirements etc. If required ,your Planning packages will be created and the process managed through to determination.

Construction drawings and associated schedules allow both you and your builder to fully understand the project and finish required to comply full to current regulations.

I am also are able to tender projects and manage the whole process on site, should this be required.

If you wish, I am also able to create interior design proposals from colours through to furniture, to complete you whole project.

I have worked extensively in the residential sector and for many of the large house builders. Fully understanding the complexities of maximising density against Planning requirements to gain approval, allows me to create layouts that are both deliverable and buildable.

Quick assessments of existing site proposals or Planning approvals can give advice on whether additional units are possible or if a change in mix will add value to the site.
