Initial Design through to Planning

Every project is different and we tailor our services to meet your requirements. 

From an initial meeting, we take you through the steps necessary to move your ideas forward. Sketch drawings and the option of  three-dimensional modelling will explore ideas with you and advice will be given as to the need for any Planning requirements or Planning Constraints along with the other services we can offer you, either from ourselves or other Consultants. 

If Planning is required, we shall prepare the Application and manage the process as your Agent through to the Planning decision.

Construction drawings allow both you and your builder to fully understand the project and finish required to comply full to current Building Regulations. We work with a Sructural Engineer or you won if you or your builder has one they prefer.

We are also able to tender projects to get fixed prices from builders and manage the whole process on site, should that service be required.

If you wish, we can also able to create interior design proposals from colours through to furniture, to complete you whole project.

Jo has worked extensively in the residential sector and for many of the large house builders. 

In fully understanding the complexities of maximising density against Planning requirements to gain approval, allows her to create layouts that are both deliverable and buildable.

Quick assessments of existing site proposals or Planning approvals can give advice on whether additional units are possible or if a change in mix will add value to the site.
